“A COOKING ADVENTURE”

Spend your break on “a cooking adventure” with flavors from around the world! All Mini-Camps are hands-on, working in small groups or individually, with lots of personal direction. Our focus will be on kitchen safety and organization as we introduce kids to new flavors and encourage them to experiment with recipes. A confidence builder. Choices will be offered whenever possible. We eat what we make so bring your appetite! All camps are limited to 12 children. Discounts for siblings.

NEW MENUS FOR 2012
ALL NEW RECIPES include Mexican, European, Asian, Italian and/or American with a main dish, side dish and, of course, dessert. Vegetarian options offered. Kids signing up for multiple classes will make new recipes in each class.

IMPORTANT: Please let us know in advance if your child has food allergies or other special requirements. We are happy to accommodate vegetarians in all of our camp.
